Who I am

What I collect
When you use the enquiry form or contact me, I collect the details you give me — your name, email, phone number, area or postcode, and anything in your message. I only use these to respond to your enquiry and to provide the work you ask about.
How I use it
I use your information solely to reply to you, prepare quotes, and carry out work you commission. I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone except where it's strictly needed to deliver your order.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and customer details only as long as needed for the work and for my legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just get in touch. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses only what's needed to work and to load fonts. It doesn't run advertising trackers.
